01Payment

03Delivery schedule
Each package lists its own turnaround. The clock starts when all footage, brief and brand material has arrived, not when the booking is made.
04Revision rounds
Every package includes a set number of rounds, printed on its card. Please combine your feedback into one clear list per round; further rounds are quoted separately.
05Revision windows
The window opens when the edit is delivered: 24 hours on short-video packages, 2 days on everything else.
06Scope changes
A new concept, replacement footage or major changes to the brief may need a new quote — I will say so before carrying on, never after.
07Cancellation & refunds
Cancel before work starts and the advance is returned in full. Once editing has begun the 50% advance is non-refundable, and any work already delivered is invoiced pro rata.
08International pricing
Every package lists a US dollar price. It is the figure quoted on international bookings; the rupee price applies within India.
